A1.Taliya Network will cover all the country in three phases:
1st phase: Tehran City
2nd phase: Capitals of Provinces
3rd phase: All cities of the country

Q2. Why is there very weak coverage in some area?
A2.Occurring some drawbacks and deficiencies are inevitable when telecommunication networks begin to work. Taliya personnel and Network Optimization Group are doing their best to solve these problems and provide better services to subscribers.

Q3.If there is not proper coverage in an area, what should we do?
A3.Please call 444 by your phone and/or call Taliya Customer Care Center at 8173 and report the problem.
