Q3.What is Voice Mail Service (VMS)? How to activate VMS?
A3.With Voice Mail, callers can leave you a message when you can't pick up a call or when you are out of network coverage. To setup and access your Voice Mail, just follow these simple steps:
How To Setup Voice Mail:
* If your Voice Mail is not activated call Customer Service (444 on Taliya, 8173 on fixed line) to activate your Voice Mail account.
* Once your Voice Mail account is activated by Customer Service, you can set up your Call Divert options on your, mobile phone to automatically divert calls to your Voice Mailbox number: 777. For more details, please refer to your mobile phone user guide.
How To Access Voice Mail:
* From your Taliya mobile phone, call 777.
* From a fixed line phone or another mobile phone:
Call your own Taliya mobile until you reach your Voice Mail greeting message. Once you hear the message, press # followed by your 4-digit password. Your Voice Mail has the following preset password: 1234.
How To Change Your Preset Passord:
* From your Taliya mobile phone call 777, press 7 to access the Easy Setup menu and press 4 to define a new password. Enter a 4-digit password, press`# twice to confirm the new password.
Q4.Can we receive list of dialed numbers?
A4.List of dialed number is issued to examine if bill is correct, while in Taliya Network, subscriber doesn't receive bill. Therefore such a service is not predicted for Taliya Network. But subscriber services center will respond limitedly.
Q5.Can we listen to Voice messages in a way other than through calling 777?
A5.Yes, you can listen to sound message from a fixed line phone or another mobile phone. Call your own Taliya mobile until you reach your Voice Mail greeting message. Once you hear the message, press # followed by your 4-digit password. Your Voice Mail has the following preset password: 1234.
Q6. How can we delete sound message from message box?
A6.Call 777, and then press key 2 after hearing the message.
Q7. How can we change system language while calling 888?
A7.After message ends, system will switch to Farsi by entering 310.
Q8.Is Taliya SIM Card usable in abroad?
A8.Currently not, but in near future by using Roaming Service, Taliya subscribers will be accessible in many foreign countries.
