A1.It is against the law to sell Taliya Card at higher prices than above-mentioned prices. In case of observing such a case, please report it to Taliya Customer Care Center.

Q2.How much does it cost to get a Taliya SIM Card Pack?
A2.Primary Credit available on a Taliya SIM Card is RLS 200,000. Considering 6% tax and duties, Primary Credit will cost RLS 212000 that will be added to payable price for Taliya SIM Card (i.e. RLS 240000 including RLS 200000 for Taliya SIM Card and 20% tax and duties). Thus, price of a Taliya SIM Card Package, containing a Taliya SIM Card and Primary Credit available on it, will be RLS 452000.

Q3.How can we get informed of services and call tariffs?
A3.By using your handset and calling 444 and/or visiting the website on www.taliya.ir, the subscriber can get informed of the last changes in tariffs of all services delivered by Taliya.

Q4. Is the subscriber charged for incoming calls?
A4.No. Incoming calls will have no charge for the subscriber.

Q5. For receiving two or more Taliya SIM Card, can we settle total price by a single bank draft?
A5.No.
