Tehran, Jan 30, Taliya News – Head of TCI Board of Directors said here Sunday that application forms for new state SIM cards are available on Internet, simultaneously with their presentation at post offices as of January 31st.
Vafa Ghaffarian added in an interview with ISNA, “A special link would be added on TCI website for Internet application forms for SIM cards and the applicants that would fill out the forms there would not have to refer to Post Offices.
The TCI site address is www.mci.ir.
Ghaffarian added, “The new round of state SIM card registrations that would begin on January 31st would end on February 19th.”
He said, “We believe that would provide enough time for the registrations of the entire applicants and we would not be extending that period because the longer we would extend it the later we can launch our lot drawing for delivery of our SIM cards.”
The Head of TCI Board of Directors focusing on the time for drawing lots for the registered SIM cards in current year (1385), said, “Normally, May 17th, the International Telecom Day, is chosen for drawing lots for SIM card deliveries, and therefore, the information on all applicants throughout the country would be collected and processed till Mid April.”
