Tehran, April 7, Taliya News – Head of SIM Card Dealers Syndicate predicting a raise in price of old state SIM cards within New Iranian Year, 1386, said here Tuesday, “In SIM card market older codes have always been more attractive for clients, which is why in this New Year, too, they are expected to have a better market compared to rest.”
Afshar Foroutan-Larijani referring to decreasing trend of 1st Operator SIM cards’ prices, added in an interview with ILNA, “Keeping in mind the coming to the scene of the 2nd Operator and the existence of Taliya and 1st Operator SIM cards in the market the demand for SIM cards would be fully answered and that has led to a decrease in demand and further decrease of the SIM card prices.”
He said that in the upcoming days we would witness stability in SIM card market, adding, “The delivery of the recently registered state SIM cards would further decrease the SIM card prices and stabilize the lowered prices at the market.”
Foroutan-Larijani emphasized that the price of the 1st Operator’s SIM cards would not be further lowered from the current range, reiterating, “Although presenting 2,880,000 rial SIM cards affected the market’s status and lowered the prices to some extent, that effect would not be very drastic.”
Head of SIM Card Dealers Syndicate pointed out that delivery upon request of SIM cards throughout the country and answering the demand for that god would lead to stabilizing the SIM card market, reiterating, “In this phase the old SIM cards have become more attractive for the clients and it is predicted that their prices would keep on increasing to some extent.”
He added, “The minds of market activists are always engaged in such problems and the new conditions can also affect the price of the old SIM cards.”
