Iran lagging behind world info society

Tehran, May 17, Taliya News – Secretary of Supreme Information Society, Ali Shahriari said here Tuesday if this backwardness would remain unheeded we would suffer losses at state and private management systems, remunerating which would be too tough.
He further emphasized, “Iran is lagging behind the international information society and has to try hard to catch up and reach an acceptable level.”
Speaking at the opening ceremony of the Digital Media and Multimedia Software Festival at Tehran Permanent Fair Ground, Shahriari added, “The IT officials and active bodies need to spend double efforts aimed at manufacturing multimedia software and digital concepts.
