Tehran, May 15, Taliya News – Increasing dissatisfaction of IranCell subscribers has led to their continuous rush to sell their 2nd Operator SIM cars, and dealers’ problems in selling new IranCell SIM cards even below their official price.
According to ILNA, the newly emerge increased tariffs of IranCell was added to the old problem of 2nd Operator’s weak antenna coverage, even in country’s capital city, Tehran as of a month ago.
Meanwhile, experts at Tehran mobile market believe the other factors leading to IranCell’s downfallen popularity also include the 2nd Operator’s weak management system and IranCell failure in answering the complaints made by its subscribers efficiently.
An IranCell SIM card dealer in Tehran told ILNA, “Increased tariffs, bad services, lack of an efficient client answering service, weak antenna coverage, and weak information dissemination of IranCell have hand in hand led to 2nd operator’s downgrading popularity, despite its huge amount of advertisements.”
