Taliya News - The hardware engineering of the third operator has been accomplished, but the third operator must be launched under the supervision of the Regulation Arrangements Organization, said the chairman of Telecommunication Committee of parliament on Sunday.
Ramezanali Sadeghzadeh said: ''The third operator must be launched after two years working of Irancell, which is the second operator.''
He talked over the transferring of the first operator which paves the way for the third operator in order to be launched.
He said that the Regulation Arrangements Organization is not put in the picture as no decision has been made on how limited the third operator should be operated. However, the Regulation Arrangements Organization should sanction the rules according to which the auction would be endorsed.
He spoke about the nation's telecommunication need that makes the first and second operators work harder, and the third one to be launched as soon as possible.
