Abasali Aboulfazli said:'' The mass market of cell phones in the towns belonged to permanent SIM cards, while the number of subscribers is increased in cities as cell phones are offered with lower price.''
He added that the registration arranged customers in rows in Lorestan, Khozestan, and Hormozgan, in which the amount of penetration of cell phone is very low.
He talked over an unlimited time of registration in order to set a better situation so that no anxious moment would be felt.
