TaliyaNews - All the regulations which have been written in the written agreement and Irancell has approved them should be regarded by the second operator so that any claim on getting compensation over the cessation of MMS service should not be expressed, the president of The Regulation Arrangements Organization said.
Mahmud Khosravi said: ''Irancell should offer all the services which ensure that the regulations are carried out properly.''
The Regulatory Organization is deliberating the quality of Irancell as so many users are not satisfied of the quality of services which have been offered by the second operator, or the way of presentation of the rewards that Irancell is supposed to offer.
Some reliable outlets have said that the number of Irancell users has been decreased since MMS service has been ceased.
Irancell was the first operator that desired to offer MMS service, which was ceased by The High Cultural Council a few months ago.
