A set of organizations, such as secretariat of High Council of Information, would achieve 3.447 billion Rials for its general expenditures. The 1387 budget for Regulation Arrangements and radio communication organization is estimated to be 63.70 billion Rials for its construction expenditures; moreover, it would get 25.256 billion Rials for its general expenditures.
It is scheduled that the general expenditures of secretariat of the Regulation Arrangements and radio communication commission would be 1 billion Rials; however, the construction expenditures of which has not been considered.
The postal service is going to carry appropriations of 29.582 billion Rials for its construction expenditures, while it has not appropriated to be achieved something for its general expenditures.
The construction expenditures of Telecommunication Company of Tehran have been estimated to reach 5 billion Rials; however, its general expenditures have not been considered. Moreover, the same company of Kerman is presented 46.368 billion Rials. It is said that the budget these companies gained is as a result of designing the equipments and buildings to have earthquake resistance.
The executive organizations would achieve the budget as their projects needs. 5. 942 billion Rials is going to be presented to the Communication and IT ministry for the retirement plans.

It has been estimated that the budget of designing the equipments and buildings to have earthquake resistance would reach 37.136 billion Rials. Furthermore, Regulation Arrangements and radio communication organization would be offered 8.134 billion Rials for its general affairs.
Nominal surplus has been forecasted to be offered to a set of organizations of Communication and IT ministry, including improving the management of radio signals, which is 150 billion Rials, spatial activities, which is 40 billion Rials, the postal service and developing of its infrastructures, which is 107 billion Rials, and the researches made by the research center of Telecommunication Company, which is 76 billion Rials.
