Telecommunication Company at the stock exchange

TaliyaNews - Privatization organization president spotlighted the shares of telecommunication company of Iran is going to be issued at the stock market at the end of year.
The price is determined by demand as 5 percent of its shares is going to be issued, said Gholamreza Heidari Kord Zangane, the president of privatization organization.
He said: “Telecommunication Company of Iran has adopted its rules of procedure last year as its shares are going to be issued to the private organizations.”
Procedural rules do not carry any default in the constitution of privatizing rules, he said.
He added: “Granting of shares to some consumers over the payments is going to be clarified at the end of Bahman.”
Drastic reforms are supposed to be made until 1393; however, as a matter of fact telecommunication shares has been issued, he said.
He spoke over the 3rd clause of Article 44, pursuant to which 80 percent shares of Telecommunication Company of Iran and 32 percent of shares of a set of organizations work with it would be issued to stock exchange till the end of year.
