MOBNA – The administrator of the 3rd Operator contract announced the winner of the contract

will be selected by mid-year.
Saeed Mahdiun, in conversation with MOBNA, said the 3rd Operator’s license has received preliminary approval of the Radio Communication & Regulations Organization (RCRO) and its dossier is currently being prepared by the Telecom Research Center which will be later submitted to the administrator, who, in turn, will have 9 months to start its operation.
He indicated that the license details and its schedules will be announced after its final approval by the RCRO.
Earlier, it had been planned that the winner of the 3rd Operator contract would be selected by next June, and the operator would start its operation next November.
