MOBNA – President of the union of Telecom Service Bureaus stressed Hamraah-e Avval charge cards should be sold solely at their centers.
Zahir Tayyeb, in conversation with MOBNA, said Hamraah-e Avval delivery of charge cards to telecom service bureaus takes place at a time when such cards are easily available in Tehran streets for the same price.
He said the practice suggests that Mobile Telecommunications has either its own independent agent or is unable to control the practice, and indicated that such cards are sometimes offered at even lower price by unauthorized vendors.
Nowadays, most prepaid state SIM card subscribers complain about the shortage in prepaid charge cards.
Some subscribers believe, however, that dispensation of charge cards should not be confined to telecom service bureaus only since they are sparse and too few.
