MOBNA – Iran Telecom chief announced since telecom companies are interconnected it is not possible to separate them when offered for sale on the Tehran Stock Exchange.

Saaber Feizi, in conversation with MOBNA, stressed that Iran Telecom will be on sale at the TSE along with all its subsidiaries.
He also indicated that of all 31 telecom companies last year only two made losses, although this will not happen this year as necessary amendments have been made to this year’s Budget.
Earlier, it was intended that some of Telecom shares would be sold last January on the TSE for price determination, which was later postponed to last February, but it seems this has yet to happen.
According to item 3 of article 44 of the Constitution, shares of 32 telecom companies are to be offered for sale on the TSE by Mar 20, but that has not yet taken place.
